Amazon 5 star experience with the costumer service!

Quick to respond fixed the issue right away.

Having good success with the app especially given how challenging it is to use the standard Shopify Blog. This app makes beautiful looking articles that look very professional. Support has been extremely helpful in fixing issues as well!

Blog Studio is extremely glitchy and crashes constantly. The features are complicated and difficult to use, not straightforward at all. It deleted a blog I spent hours on. I will no longer be using this app.

Abby was so helpful in troubleshooting and we quickly solved the problem on my end. Thanks again for being so prompt and proactive!

Started good, but it's consistently getting less intuitive, with worse results. Very disappointing overall.

Really easy app to use to create blog and articles to promote your products. The customer service team is super helpful and responsive. A big thank you to Jordin and Anh for always coming back to me with an answer ans doing their absolute best to help with any question!

Pretty crappy and basic, it's like the 90s all over again. Don't waste your time. For example you can't add an image to every blog post, you can't really do much at all come to think of it.

I've only done 1 1/2 blog posts so far, but the system is fairly easy to use, looks wonderful and the customer service has been top shelf. Thanks!
