The app is great overall but when I reply to comments via email instead of logging into Shopify, they do not get approved and my comment reply is blank. I had to go in and approve/respond to them all again in the app.

Best solution we found for replying to blog comments! The Better Blog team were very quick to respond and solve any of our questions and feature requests.
Better Blog Comments is not simply "better," -- it's the best. I tried multiple different free-trial apps only to learn that Bolle Apps' "Better Blog Comments" is the best in terms of features, customization and support. Patrick is responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! I am so glad this app exists and I can't see using any other.

Patrick is the best. I've used his other app RecipeKit before (and it's amazing for recipe schema) so I knew this blog comment app would be solid as well. Finally someone is doing the work to make Shopify blog comments easier to respond to, this will really help with SEO and engaging with my audience in a non-confusing comment layout. I've tried other apps, and I'm going with Better Blog Comments! Thanks again Patrick :)

Honestly, this app is the best for managing blog comments on Shopify. The built-in Shopify comment system is very basic and extremely limited: you can’t reply to comments, and there’s no way for users to interact with each other… it’s just not practical.
