I have nothing but good things to say about Bloom. First, their customer care is top notch. They are extremely responsive and are always willing to help explain things, often going the extra mile and creating videos to make learning something easy. Their product has been a great tool for our wine club working seamlessly with shopify.
We’ve been working with Bloom since 2020, and they’ve been incredible partners for our wine club. Making the transition to Shopify was a big step for us, and Bloom guided us through it seamlessly. More recently, they also helped us redesign our website, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
