Was initially considering a different app, but the exceptional customer service from Bloop won me over. Steph went above and beyond in helping me on the chat feature and responds quickly. For the moment I am generally satisfied with the implementation of the program. However, I find that certain things are missing essential for the good development of the program, indeed we know nothing at all about our referrers on the platform, so we cannot manage or block them in the event of fraud for example. We also cannot force referrers to have placed at least one order before being able to sponsor and I would also have liked to be able to oblige referrers to have an account before being able to register on the referral program.

We have launched the management dashboard with referral performance as wished. Hope you can update your review so it would cause no misunderstanding.
2. About the referral program for customers only:
I understand your demand to offer it to protect your bottom line. Yet, the BLoop app is focusing on the strength of word-of-mouth marketing, so anyone interested in your brand may have the chance to share your program with their friends.
In case you don't want to publicize your referral program for everyone, I suggest you can hide that program from the storefront, and send the referral page link to your existing customers only.
Also, you can add a CTA to your referral program to the order confirmation email to raise the chance of reaching customers.

I've been looking for a simple referral program app that can offer rewards for both customers. I have tested several apps (also more epensive ones) but the BLOOP app is perfect for what I need it for and is very easy to customize. Also, I was well attended by a very nice support team Jena Nguyen and their devs Nguyen Van Ninh, Nguyen Khac Hiep and Pham Khanh Thien, who quickly implemented the translations I could not customize by myself. They keep me updated at every step of the process and asked for my feedback on each update they completed for me. They worked on the issue until I was completely happy with the solution, especially when it came to styling etc. Overall, I'm really happy with this app and especially the quick customer service. I know that if I run into any future issues, Jena and the dev team will be able to help me.
In conclusion, the app itself is easy to understand and comes with customizable options even in the free plan. I like it a lot!
