Well, I confess I spent some days testing loyalty apps with tons of paying features and I did not find what I was looking for: a solid and reliable way to provide a referral reward to customers that actually write a real comment on their social, email What's up, solving one of the most common threat of other paid apps affected by click baiting or lot of spurious sign ups.
I was surprised when BLoop instantly and magically let me experience one of the best support team on Shopify App Store, when I asked to fix a personal configuration with my theme. I would recommend this app to every e-commerce. Hope they will issue soon a paying plan with new features and integrations. Fantastic Team.

So far so good. This is my first referral app experience. It hasn't driven many sales yet but that's my own issue, and I appreciate that Bloop offers a fair price. GIGI in customer service was very helpful.

I set up the BLoop app, turned the system on for less than one minute, and we seem to be getting "referrers" coming in fast and furious. However, I did not want that. Turned the app on and the off again. Still referrers coming in. I sent messages to the help desk, but since they are not in my time zone, I cannot wait to get their fix. I have to delete the app to ensure our customers are not having a bad experience.
Great app! Easy to use, set up and amazing customer service. I previously had used a different customer referral app that was design limited and often had issues working properly for customers. This app looks great, embeds easily on your website and has a great dashboard to review its impact. I had a theme issue where it stopped showing up during set up, reached out to customer service and they jumped on to my site to fix the issue within 24 hours and now works great. Highly recommend!
Very easy to set up. Both the referral page and pop-up work fine for us. But above all, their support is stunning. Fast reply, fast delivery and very polite. Would love to use another app from the provider. I recommend this app.
For the moment I am generally satisfied with the implementation of the program. However, I find that certain things are missing essential for the good development of the program, indeed we know nothing at all about our referrers on the platform, so we cannot manage or block them in the event of fraud for example. We also cannot force referrers to have placed at least one order before being able to sponsor and I would also have liked to be able to oblige referrers to have an account before being able to register on the referral program.

We have launched the management dashboard with referral performance as wished. Hope you can update your review so it would cause no misunderstanding.
2. About the referral program for customers only:
I understand your demand to offer it to protect your bottom line. Yet, the BLoop app is focusing on the strength of word-of-mouth marketing, so anyone interested in your brand may have the chance to share your program with their friends.
In case you don't want to publicize your referral program for everyone, I suggest you can hide that program from the storefront, and send the referral page link to your existing customers only.
Also, you can add a CTA to your referral program to the order confirmation email to raise the chance of reaching customers.

My second app with this developer and again i've had outstanding customer service on both apps. I've needed a couple of adjustments that were outside of the UI and both times they've been done for me extremely quickly on the backend.
I am still at the beginning but so far I am happy with it. I really want to come back here in a few days and give 5 stars.
