Really good customer service from Jena Nguyen! really friendly and very helpful - i am new to the app so wasn't sure if it was working, she was able to give me direction on how to test it appropriately. look forward to seeing how this app perfoms!

I was looking for a user-friendly Referral App with a good helpdesk / support. Within Shopify, there are plenty of options to choose from. In the end, after some searching, I ended up at BLOOP. I can wholeheartedly recommend BLOOP. BLOOP is very easy to operate, offers many options and has an excellent help desk.

I recommend 100% this app not only for its user-friendliness and effectiveness - but also for the AMAZING customer service provided ! I wanted to customise my referral program page with icons and specific fonts and colours, and Amber and Tong from the CS team were incredibly helpful and very dedicated in their job to make the best referral program page possible for me. Amber was super reactive in the chat box and was always available to help for anything I asked, which was greatly appreciated. And all of this free of charge! Can't recommend this app enough.

Took a little while to receive an answer because of the difference in time zones. But the answer to my problem was clear and precise, and easy to follow instructions. Thank you

I ran into some issues that I didn't know about until I fully figured out all the logic behind this app, and with the careful help of the development team, I was able to display a more reliable recommendation page on the menu bar, Jennie developer Nguyen Tien Loc in My problem was quickly resolved in my feedback, which I am very grateful for! Jennie always listens and is available whenever I need her. She worked overtime to explain and answer all my questions. Another great point when it comes to the support team is the tech guy Nguyen Tien Loc. Jennie and I both thought it would take a few hours to customize my problem but he finished it in thirty minutes, supper fast! Looks really nice and promising. Hope this app will help me attract more customers and boost sales. The customer service team is among the best I've found on Shopify apps. Really good app, very useful for us; thank you for your valuable assistance. We are delighted to have discovered this program. I would highly recommend using this plugin. The app continues to work well and the customer support is fantastic.

I installed the BLOOP app a week ago and so far am happy with how it works. I had a few questions as I set it up and Jolie Nguyen was very quick to respond and even follow up. The price is good and it's exactly what my customers have been asking for.

Piece of cake to set-up and looks great. I had a moderately complex twist to my needs, but the customer service was incredible and they helped me find a way to make it happen. Great experience and great solution.
