redemption can be completed entirely within the cart.
Since Shopify restricts checkout UI extensions to Plus, the cart page is
effectively the limit on the Grow plan. BLOY handles this well with a banner
and modal on the cart page. Choosing the discount code method also lets
customers redeem a partial amount of their points, with the remainder staying
on their balance — that flexibility has been useful.
Almost every string in the app is editable, so localizing into Japanese was
straightforward.
Support has been the standout. I sent them a request about usability and they
shipped the change shortly after. Not many apps actually act on merchant
feedback like that.

Even on the free plan, the app looks polished and professional — perfect for a brand store. The support team is also wonderful; very kind and helpful throughout the process.

While the paid plan offers more advanced features, for a newly launched brand, this app is an excellent choice.

We especially like the VIP tiers and the variety of rewards we can offer to customers of different tiers. Setting up the App Embed Blocks in the shopify theme was very easy as well. We pretty much had this up and running after just a few days since it was straightforward and user-friendly. They also have a nice upload option if you need to import customer points or tiers from previous apps.

Small Tip for the Dev Team:
The app is nearly perfect! The only tiny detail we’ve noticed is that the points display inside our slide-out cart drawer sometimes takes about 1–2 seconds to load up. It doesn't disrupt checkout or stop customers from redeeming points, but optimizing that script load time slightly would make an already incredible user experience even smoother.
