Relo makes it easy for customers to buy again, try a subscription and stay on subscription. How does Relo do this? 1. We analyse your Shopify order history to see who's ready to start a subscription, reorder or try something new. 2. We then sync that data into Klaviyo in 1-click to supercharge your SMS and email flows. 3. Lastly, we convert those customers with our Magic Cart, a pre-loaded cart linked to the Shopify checkout for a 1-click order.

Sounds like a really great product/app in theory although there are a number of operational limitations which the developers acknowledged and wouldn't fix.

Thanks for the feedback. After reviewing your store set-up extensively, we came to the conclusion that we wouldn't be able to support you with our app. We wanted to do this prior to starting a free-trial, as we didn't want to over-promise and under-deliver on our functionality.
We understand the frustration here, but want to confirm that this isn't based on our functionality limitations, but rather the specific scenario of trying to integrate Relo with a unique product set-up that didn't allow us to deliver our value-prop.
