Everything described in their scope of work started working once the app installation was completely set up. The frustration from receiving loads of visitors daily for the past two months was not possible for a niche gift shop with a concentrated audience base. Also, it was a bot-driven situation skewing my shop analytics, and knowing that I market only in the USA, all visitors were from 90% IRAQ.
