Worst company ever. Pathetic support even though I have been using them from couple of years. They misplaced my whole pallet of stock. and now refusing to pay me for my stock which they misplaced due to their lake of management. All the boxes were having my company name yet they did not care to even contact me. Taking them to National Consumer Court very soon. Beware of them.
We're so sorry to hear about your experience with uAfrica. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, uAfrica cannot be held liable for lost or damaged stock, as it is then in the hands of the courier. However, we would love to step in and help, but cannot find the specific ticket within our support ticketing system raising this complaint. I have been using Shopify for my online shop for just over 3 years. It is excellent software, very intuitive and easy to use. I love the fact that I can build and maintain my own store. The front-end is very user friendly and I have received many compliments for the ease of use and navigation of my online shop. I strongly recommend Shopify to any new entrepreneur that would like to start selling and get an online presence.

I wouldn't be able to run my business without Uafrica. Selling many small value items without integration and without waybills being automatically filled in with my customers delivery addresses would take way too much time to make my business feasible. Courier rates feeding through to my customers on the front end allow me to give the correct price to my customers depending on where they live. Because Uafrica are affiliated to a number of South African couriers, you have the option to choose the best priced courier for a specific route, potentially saving you money. I can't wait for international couriering to be offered so I can sell to other countries using their fulfilment - that might be the game changer for South African online stores. Their support is very helpful. One thing to remember is that Uafrica are a conduit that connects you to the courier without needing an account with the courier directly. They are not the courier. You pay Uafrica and nobody else. Being a client of Uafrica is like having potentially 3 to 5 different courier company accounts, depending on the destination of your packages. They will connect with the courier company directly if there are any issues but it will be faster to take up any issues directly with the courier first. I am very pleased with Uafrica and have no problem with referring people who want to run an online store and want to free up time to actually run their business and not worry and hassle with courier pricing and filling out of waybills either manually or electronically. There might be teething issues that you need to iron out when first integrating the app, but give it some time, you won't regret it. Super chuffed
If you are in South Africa, this APP is a MUST... Not only is shipping more affordable, but fulfilling is EASY, FAST and LEGIT. Tracking? DONE! Regional Rates? DONE! Support? DONE - Just get it, its worth it.

This app is incredibly user friendly! - Its so simple - choose your preferred shipper, fulfil, then print your waybill. The courier companies on the preferred list are efficient too!!

The streamlined way my logistics, pricing of it and time I now have to spend on the growth of the site makes every cent worthwhile! Their pricing from couriers is better than you will get direct and the amounts they have to help make choice for you the business and the consumer all-round better! Their customer service team is WORLD CLASS, in fact, BEST IN CLASS by far too! It is seamless, effortless and arguably the best app I have on my store in 6 years on Shopify!
