Excelente aplicación y su centro de ayuda es excelente también sería bueno que agregaran más opciones como un precio especial en la primera suscripción

I had a great experience with Simranjit Singh. He was amazingly helpful and patient with me as I am not technical and had to work with my developer on the phone while doing the chat. He answered all of our questions, fixed our problem and even went beyond that to help with another small issue. I was very happy with Simran. He is a great representative to your company.

This applicati9on is very easy to use and customer service was fabulous assisting me with the initial setup. I was able to do the rest myself.

Just wanted to give BIG kudos to Gaurav for helping me with customizing some sections in the app. He helped me out 3 different times and is very quick and knows how to get things done. Super 5 star service!!!

We love this app as it makes it so easy and convenient for our loyal customers to have product delivered to their door monthly. It also alows us to give them a discount. We really appreciate Kelsey who has walked us through how to customize it very easily.

I forbindelse med en migration af subscribers fra Bold Subsciptions v1 til Bold Subscriptions with Shopify Payment har jeg fået fantastisk hjælp i denne uge af Cody i Customer Service. Cody holdt fokus på opgaven, holdt mig løbende godt informeret om processen og kom i mål med det.

Bold has enabled my store to collect subscriptions, and manage them with ease. I was in need of help, and reached out to customer service. Nir assisted me with adding a customer portal to my store - I am very thankful! Great work Nir and I will surely be re-subscribing to Bold for a long time.

Great customer service. They help me set up the store front and work Sunday to answer my questions. I am just at trial not even paying the full month yet. You know you can trust partners like this. I know Laurel would say this is part of her job. But I also know not every company nor everyone would do that. Thank you
