I used this app to add subscription for my customers and I can honestly say it is very nice and I highly recommend it as well the service from this team was fantastic -I highly recommend this tool and the service

Amazing Team and Support Service. Bold Suscriptions Rock! Easy to install, and there is a lot of tutorials and information how to make a full set up.
Some challenges with the app itself in terms of making it fit the proper use cases for my store. However, very helpful support team, namely Kelsey in particular this time, helping resolve issues and put me in contact with the correct teams to solve the issues. Thanks again!

Watch out! This is one of those apps where they make cancelling and getting a hold of them an absolute nightmare. There goes $250+...The app is also very laggy..Be careful!

Only 4 stars as it does not work with local delivery and pick up which causes some problems in our way to sell. I really hope this get´s fixed very soon!
We use version 1 on 2 other sites, initially installed version 1 on this site and converted to version 2. Good app but very basic as an initial launch. The payment integration into standard Shopify and the use of standard Shopify discount codes in v2.0 is the big plus for this app. Unfortunately, version 2 is really lacking a lot of functionality. Both basic and complex. Hopefully, the team at Bold can add some functionality soon. Pros

A product can be on more than one subscription group. Cons
Lack of customisation except if you edit the code. No tagging.

Very bad support. I am trying to contact support for days and they are not getting back to our queries... My Bold subscription has stopped functioning suddenly. I am not getting orders as well due to this.

Really disappointed that BOLD created a new version of their app but just left us in the dust... they said months ago that migration was coming soon but they have done nothing and say its still not available for us. So for us to switch to the new version we would have to install the new version and manually migrate all of our customers and subscriptions ourselves. I don't think BOLD values their customers.
