The Bold Subscriptions app has an excellent technical team and customer service, as they respond quickly and efficiently to any questions that may arise while using the app. The app works properly without interruptions, providing a complete solution for offering subscription products. I especially want to mention the support received from Bhumi, who answered our questions patiently and clearly.

Today, I reached out for assistance with updating prices for Subscribers. We had already done a bulk update, but it was ineffective. Daniel took the time to first begin updates for me and then to walk me through how to do updates, and even verified that it was done correctly. At the end, he made sure I felt confident to continue this process myself. Daniel was super helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all the help, and am happy that all our prices are the same across the board now.

The app itself offers all the features we need to provide our customers with the best subscription offer. Besides the quality of the app, I am very satisfied with the customer service and all the support i received. I am not the most technical but was able to set up bold and the offers by myself and where needed the bold team was there for me. I love that I could do the "subscribe and save" option for any item, giving my customers the freedom to subscribe to get any product they want with a little of the top.

The app is very easy to manage, both from the admin and customer vantages. We've been using it for 4+ years for our deodorants with no issues and almost immediate in app support for any issues you come across or questions you have. I recently had a question about an active subscription I have for a product that has no variants that I wanted to add a variant to but was worried it might disrupt the active subscriptions. Chintak was able to test different ways of solving the issues on a test store and I went from realizing a potential problem to having a solution in under 10 minutes on the help chat.

I have enjoyed this app. The first version was a bit complex to set up, but now that they've updated everything, it seems to be working smoothly. There have been some hiccups, but every time I've reached out, the staff are always quick to respond and resolve issues. Thank you Chintak! You were a great help!

We have used BOLD for YEARS and they have always been amazing and offer the best support. We have over 1,000 subscribers and they keep coming out with new features. On occasion we have a few gateway issues with payment processing, but they are always super quick to respond. Not only that our customs love how easy it is to sign up, change and edit their subscriptions. I HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a good subscription app for their business.

This plugin is good option if you want to have a product or donation subscription. It supports for many kinds of payment method with Shopify Payments. Also, the support team is available to answer any question or concern including migration V1 to V2.
