We hate the new Bold app - we signed up originally with the old one. The new Bold has less flexibility to update our customers information and is more difficult to generate reports. The customer service is inconsistent and emails appear to be answered by bots rather than humans.
Overall - if I had the time to find a different app for renewing subscriptions, I would use it. I just don't have time right now.

Very bad support. I am trying to contact support for days and they are not getting back to our queries... My Bold subscription has stopped functioning suddenly. I am not getting orders as well due to this.

A big shout out to Gaurav, app specialist for amazing customer service experience. I was just about to start using the app and I had issues with the app as it was not working as it was supposed to be despite of doing everything I was supposed to do. Gaurav took his time to understand the situation, patiently explained what was the issue and resolved the issue promptly. Not only that, he was very proactive to suggest further improvements and made changes on my behalf. It was very seamless process and he was incredibly helpful!! Now, I highly recommend this app as I know I will get hands on support immediately when there is an issue.

I had a great experience with Simranjit Singh. He was amazingly helpful and patient with me as I am not technical and had to work with my developer on the phone while doing the chat. He answered all of our questions, fixed our problem and even went beyond that to help with another small issue. I was very happy with Simran. He is a great representative to your company.
