Great functionality! Definitely a game-changer. Support is always helpful and quick to respond. If you need to have recurring payments in your products, this is the app for you. Chintak was amazing in support!

Super customer support, really enjoy the app for our subscribers. Still in the process of migrating legacy subscribers from our old platform, but so far the Bold app and the support we've experienced has been great.

Really helpful support. When my Shopify theme was updated, there was a missed step. I needed help updating my code and subscription verbiage, and figured I could reach out to Bold for help, and Chintak was super responsive and did so right away. Thanks!

Only 4 stars as it does not work with local delivery and pick up which causes some problems in our way to sell. I really hope this get´s fixed very soon!

App is great! I'm leaving a review because customer service is the best here. They take care of you even if you are cancelling (not utilizing the features right now but will in the future). Also, Bold is the only solid app I have found for recurring subscriptions. It's complicated to create recurring orders and they handle everything for you and make it simple.

I love the control that BOLD Subscriptions gives to customers for managing their subscriptions. However, once subscribed to a product, BOLD will continue placing Subscription orders for that product even if that product is put in Draft mode, Archived, out of inventory etc. Their suggestions was for me to manually examine every subscription and cancel each subscription for any customers I could ...
