I have been using bold for seven years now. Their customer service is number one and they are one of the most ethical companies I have ever worked with. I made an error in keeping two versions of the app going and being charged twice.Even though this was my fault (they had notified me to uninstall the old version, but I did not follow the directions), they refunded my money. Oh, and did I mention that the subscription app works flawlessly? I highly recommend.
Great company with amazing customer support. Shout out to Chandan and Daniel especially for helping us with all of our queries weekly, as well as the product team ( Paul and Art) for always giving us great advice on how to provide an excellent subscription experience for our customers.
Bold subscription service is so ideal for my wholesale coffee roasting business that provide drop shipping directly to online customers.
I love that I could do the "subscribe and save" option for any item, giving my customers the freedom to subscribe to get any product they want with a little of the top.
