In my opinion, the best loyalty app for Shopify is one where the customer service is highly responsive and the app can be tailored by them to meet your specific needs.

We now work with BON on two of our storefronts. Their customer service is BEYOND. They are prompt to answer anytime of the day and if you request an adjustment to your storefront that their team can accomplish they will happily do it for you.
We are new to their loyalty program and look forward to seeing how it helps bring customers back to our site!
