Easy App To Use. The Staff is attentive and they do try to help you. I only just started to use the app today but so far so good. Easy to follow instructions and easy customization. I was working with Emile and she was very sweet and attentive

If I could rate my experience a 10 I would. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service Cara provided tonight. She was patient, kind, knowlegable and explained everything so a non-tech person like myself could understand. She gave awesome customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my Bon Loyalty account. i greatly appreciate her. I'm excited to be using Bon Loyalty with my brand. It is very easy to use! But, recently, I’m having problems with points not being updated. I contacted them about it and their customer support is quick and great! But, it happened twice already.. I hope it won’t keep happening again :(

I like the app, it provides quite a lot of video templates with a reasonable ability to customize messages to audience. Initially I had some challenges with connecting the app to my Tik tok account, but help desk was very responsive and promptly helped to resolve all issues. I recommend this app.
