Bon Loyalty is one of those apps that leaves a lasting impression. I actually remembered it from about two years ago when I was researching loyalty apps for my Shopify store. I had to put my business on hold for a while, so when I recently came back to continue building my store, I was genuinely happy to find Bon Loyalty already waiting in my list of apps.

One of the things I appreciate most is how customizable it is. The free plan includes plenty of useful features, which is incredibly valuable when you're just starting out. At the same time, the app offers excellent upgrade options that can grow alongside your business, making it a great long-term choice.

The customer support has also been outstanding. Hazel, Hailey and Kian have been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They explain everything clearly and even include screenshots and pictures to make the process easy to follow.

Overall, Bon Loyalty has been a wonderful experience so far. If you're looking for a loyalty program that's easy to use, flexible, and backed by a caring support team, this app is definitely worth considering.

The app and their customer service team has been wonderful. Above and beyond! Not only are they super responsive, they gave me tips for getting started and have helped me set up a custom reviews connection to a reviews app that they don't have a standard built-in earnings connection with. I first worked with Ame (who was great!), and even though when I logged in sometimes a different rep responded (likely due to time-zone differences), they were always up to date on my status and project and always professional, and were able to help me with what I needed. I highly recommend this app so far!

This app comes with comprehensive features. Almost all your ideas for a membership loyalty program can be realized here with simple operations, and it offers great value for money.

It’s worth mentioning that we ran into a few issues during use, and BON’s customer service provided highly satisfying responses and solutions. They saved us plenty of hassle and time, and our communications were really pleasant.

You can customize pages and popups to display in various formats to fit your needs, and the outstanding results speak for themselves. I’d highly recommend this software to everyone.

We had this app recommended to me as it works in well with Judge.me and Klaviyo. So far, it is pretty simple to work with and the Support team has been amazing, they have been available to us almost instantly each time we have used their Live Chat feature. Thank you to Hazel for her amazing help.
Our only feature request is that custom CSS should be built into every pricing structure, not just the Growth plan as it should be easy for stores to have the fonts and styling to match their store as much as you can - whether you are a small business or a larger business. But their support is helping me now to work through getting this enabled for us, which we are super grateful for.

We just migrated our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and BON Loyalty has been one of the smoothest parts of the entire transition. The app itself is incredibly well thought out — earning rules, rewards, point redemption all just work out of the box, and the customization options are exactly what we needed without being overwhelming.

But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team but specifically, Ame, has been amazing — quick to respond, patient with our questions, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business. I was moving from Joy loyalty to BON because of their GemPage integration so I could make my own landing pages. I really put their team to work with the questions I had but they were able to help me with EVERYTHING! It was also nice to talk with real people that could help me, it wasn't that robotic chat feel that you get with other Shopify apps and it was nice to know an actual human was talking to me.
