Customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. It was very easy to set up the app on my site and it connects easily to most customer account apps, making it a good value add for my customer's experience

She was incredibly helpful and prompt in guiding me through updating my DNS records so I could update my email address inside my BON loyalty app. She quickly sent over the files containing the necessary DNS records, and the information was clearly organized, which made it easy for me to copy and paste everything directly into my domain account without confusion.
