I'm a beginner in Shopify and just got BON downloaded a few hours ago after seeing a really good review on YouTube. My goal is to set up a nice loyalty program for my clients, but sometimes things can get really complicated. One thing I can say for sure is that the customer support is insanely quick and ready to help you whenever you need it. Anna helped me so fast that I can assure you she's the Flash reincarnated XD! Thanks once again for the support! For now, and without a doubt, I recommend this app!

App intuitiva, nella versione free le opzioni sono un po' limitate tuttavia, ma si può comunque lavorare bene. Sophie del servizio clienti è stata molto gentile e mi ha aiutata a risolvere un problema.

I have tried many loyality apps, but nothing have fit in my business except this app.
With a very great help from Sophie, I am finally in the air with my Loyality and Rewards program.
Easy to set up.
Sophie also help to remove a watermark as a gift for me.

We just started, but their customer service is a level above any I've seen. Their service alone is a reason to try them out, the features seem deep and customizable as well.
