Nice app, a lot of customization, some with paid plan but even the free plan let you do a ton of things.
Jean from BON contact me to customize the background color to set with my site branding, and it is awesome now.

We chose BON due to its multilingual support, which put it above and beyond other more established apps, and I have to say that it has met the vast majority of our expectations so far.
For all the places we had difficulty, or where the app didn't quite match up to our expectations, we have relied on the fantastic support of the whole support team. They have reacted to all of our issues politely, quickly and efficiently, and even committed to adding new functionality from one of our suggestions. I can't think of another app I've used on this store that has even come close to this level of support.

A very pleasant experiment, the application interface is very easy to understand and can be quickly set up and personalized according to your needs. When I wanted to remove the app logo, Jean responded very quickly and completed my request in less than a minute. Highly recommended!

We switched from SMILE to BON because SMILE was missing a major feature for us and that was the ability to exclude specific collections from earning points (i.e. sale items, special releases and low margin products).

From the get go the team at BON were incredibly responsive and answered at least 50+ questions we had (no exaggeration lol).

Their app is incredibly user friendly and does exactly what you want from a Loyalty App.

It took us a good 4-6 days to set up as we had issues with the initial customer import, points being awarded for orders that weren't meant to receive points ETC

But in the end, the team were able to fix all of the issues in a timely manner - bear in mind some patience is needed for issues that require developer intervention AND they don't work 24/7.

Their pricing plan is incredibly affordable too - the cheapest of all the Loyalty Apps we've used in the past (we're on the Growth Plan so this does come with a lot of features so this review may not relate to those on cheaper plans).

Very limited App. Also it requires access to data that it does not need to create or fulfill it's purposes. It should not be allowed access to our Theme or Order details and fulfillment details of our customers. It ONLY needs the data of the customers who sign up for the loyalty program! Nor should it be able to identify our IP address and device.. Delete this App!

We sincerely apologize for any unease about data access and want to assure you that we only requested access to specific sections necessary for properly integrating our loyalty program with your theme and order data.

1. Your request to add loyalty sections to the customer account page required us to evaluate its feasibility in your theme.

2. We requested access to your Shopify orders to ensure we can support you in cases where there may be concerns with order point rewards. You also asked us to optimize the refund point calculation for your store, which is directly linked to your orders, and that’s why we needed access to carry out this task thoroughly.

3. Regarding your concern about access to your IP address and device information, please know that we strictly follow Shopify’s privacy guidelines and do not know such details unless you provide them.

4. You mentioned some limitations in our app; however, we're committed to expanding its features and offering customization options for greater flexibility. This includes the ability to create new features if they align with our development and are feasible within Shopify. We had discussed customizing your email settings but haven’t heard back.

We genuinely hope to hear any further feedback you’d like to share because your experience is our top priority.
