BON: Loyalty Rewards Referrals

My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.

I just finished installing and setting up BON on the free plan on my store. It was very intuitive to set up and the few questions I did have were promptly answered by Anna via the online chat. It was only a matter of minutes before I had everything I wanted customized and activated in the store.

As someone completely new to eCommerce and Shopify with a new small business, I knew I needed a referral program that was easy, affordable, and effective. From everything I've seen so far Bon is all of those things!

While the free plan has all the essentials I need for start up, some of the extras that come with the paid plan where enticing. I'm pretty sure I'll be back for those after things pick up.

For the last few days, we have been looking for a loyalty points app, finally, we found BON at 3 A.M, her service (Maxxie) absolutely amazes me; she & her team can fulfill what I've been looking for: a customizable widget, built for Shopify, affordable price, live chat 24/7 (almost), even their back-end UI is so so great. First view minutes within the APP and the support already is amazing. Chelsea was super fast responding and super friendly. Cant wait to explore more of this app and see how much it will help us to increase our sales.

I'm still getting set up but both Sophie and Maxxie were extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. So far I'm beyond impressed with their customer service. Set up has also been easy so far!
