Bon Loyalty rewards is an excellent app. The staff is so helpful with support and making changes that are needed. My support team Anna and Maxxie made changing my sending email address easy and quick! I recommend this app to everyone! If you are on the border line of whether or not to try them I say jump on it now! It is worth it!

Great app for start up businesses. It offers plenty of options to start you off properly, and room to grow with available paid plans. This is definitely a good add on to your store.

Geweldige service en een goed systeem. Voor de prijs het beste loyalty systeem uit de Shopify App store. Terwijl ik er best wat uitgeprobeerd had!

We hebben zojuist uw 4-sterrenrecensie gelezen en het is jammer om te zien dat u problemen hebt ondervonden met het nieuwe klantaccount.
1. Wat betreft uw bezorgdheid over het feit dat klanten geen punten kunnen gebruiken, hebben we uw winkel grondig gecontroleerd. Tijdens onze beoordeling hebben we ingelogd en succesvol punten verdiend en ingewisseld voor beloningen op de BON Loyalty Page zonder problemen. Bekijk onze schermopname in de e-mail die we hebben verzonden.
Als dit uw bezorgdheid niet wegneemt, kunt u dan verduidelijken wat het exacte probleem is dat uw klanten ondervonden bij het inwisselen van hun punten bij BON? We willen eventuele problemen snel begrijpen en oplossen.
2. We zijn het ermee eens dat de mogelijkheid om punten in te wisselen bij het afrekenen een naadloze ervaring voor klanten zou bieden. We zijn verheugd om te delen dat deze functie al op onze ontwikkelingsroutekaart voor dit jaar staat. We zullen al onze handelaren op de hoogte stellen zodra deze officieel is gelanceerd.
We kijken ernaar uit om uw mening over deze kwestie te horen. We zijn er om u te helpen en willen uw ervaring graag verbeteren.
Great app and awesome free plan with plenty of features.
Customer service is even better - Anna was especially helpful but all the staff at BON have been extremely helpful.

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!
