After an extensive search and comparing a ton of apps, I decided on BON for my loyalty program. For me it was important to be able to have an easy start with a lot o features and to have the ability to translate the app.
BON is everything mentioned and more.
I especially love the fast and knowledgeable support team (Mia, Hazel, Courtney, Cara). Docs are pretty good, but the team is always ready to jump in and help, which is amazing.

Hazel helped out with some issues, response time was in seconds so that is a really good thing. Have to see how the app is working in the up-coming months, but for now it has been great.

Great App so far, what made me choose Bon was the multi-language support right out of the box. Setting it up was a breeze once you understand the UI and the best part on getting started was the support, they do not guide you to articles they just help right away, especially Hazel and Sunny
