Anna is one of my favorite support personnel! She's always so helpful and positive. She has even taken a couple of our discussions to the developers for suggestions and app improvement. I really feel that BON is a partner to our company and not simply a service.

I used this app and ran into some trouble where I needed some customer service and I got a woman named Emile. She was super nice, respectful and clear in her instructions. The world would be a better place if there was an ocean of Emile's out there as customer support workers. The app is great as well.

I just installed this app. So far it has been very easy to install, customisation is a breeze and easy integration. A great free plan and the customer service amazing. I hear there are email notifications being launched soon which will be take it to the next level. A great app and plan for my business just starting out.

I used this for a while, so far so good that can fill what I need.

So far I am only in the set-up phase, but the admin backoffice is very easy to understand. If/when questions come up, the support team (Cady) and the dev team are very quick to provide help. I am very happy I chose to use Bon Loyalty.
