Honestly, the best costume service and the best services I've ever received.
I had to access customer service to solve a small issue editing a tab and they helped me very quickly to solve it and to configure my store.
Sunny was extremely helpful! A+++
Very simple to and easy to manage with a lot of possibilities to engage and solidify costumers. Great possibilities to grow!
The app is complete with options rewarding, redeeming and more.
Very satisfied! Definitely recommended!

If you want a loyalty app 1000% Get this one! I found this gem while looking to replace smile.io. I can't believe Bon Loyalty is FREE!! This app is so customizable, easy to set up, my VIP's love how clean and easy to understand it is. Customer service has been amazing on helping if I needed to know how to tweak something or letting us give feedback for future features. The email program is still in Beta and they are great on taking notes of any issues or changes. Emile was helping me off and on tonight with questions I had. I LOVE she encouraged questions no matter the time. She stated just ask and they will get back to me. They are in a totally different time zone. She was so professional. Emile even took time to ask my name to get to know me better. What app does that? This is my favorite app I have so far over paid or free! I can't wait to see as they grow what else they will offer!

I just downloaded this app and it is extremely easy to navigate! I have wanted to do a rewards program for my customers and this app is making it easy to build! I will be launching my rewards program in a week and super excited to see how this program will encourage more sales and returning customers.
