I've only used this app for a few days and the app is simple to use and configure. Did have to contact support to help remove the "BON Banner" and Daisy was an excellent help. The best Support experience I've had with any app on Shopify.

I highly recommend BON Loyalty. They have amazing costumer support that never disappoints. One of the best app for rewards programs. It's very easy to setup and get integrated so your customers can start gaining loyalty points. They are open to suggestions because they want to improve their app and makes it even better.

I am loving this app so far. I upgraded my program from yotpo to this program and so happy I did! Love that you can set tiers for spending and have gifts! Plus if you have any troubles at all their tech support is incredible. I have dealt with Anna and she has been amazing and helpful! Highly recommend this app

Very impressed with BON Loyalty. Set up has been a breeze, from branding to points setup , customisation of email notifications and bulk import of customer details and existing points balances.

I successfully had BON designed and configured and live on my website in one day, with constant availability of support staff at all times. Each query I had was answered within minutes and with the most detailed documentation covering every step of the process.

Emile, Cara, Daisy and Genie were all assisting at various times and all extremely helpful.

Thanks BON Loyalty - I look forward to seeing many happy customers redeeming their rewards.

I used this help to create a loyalty program for my customers. I used an Affiliate App solely for 6 months, but didn't feel it was encouraging my customers to shop or feel appreciated. I switched over and now can reward my customers with points for free product as Birthday Gifts, Referring friends, following our social media platforms and joining our email! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! I had one question, which Daisy was quick to answer. The one question turned into three more and Daisy was beyond patient and answered and FIXED my issues I was having! So far, way impressed!
