Original Post - Does not genuinely work with POS in-store. Customers are required to go online to your website to be an active member of the program and use their points. This does not work for business like mine where 90% of our business is in-store and our biggest clients never go online to order.

UPDATE: I have changed my initial review from one star to four. Cara with their customer care team was very helpful and was able to figure out why the system was not working with our POS in store. We are still working out some bumps and learning how it works. But so far it seems to be working. Customers are happy we are finally able to use their points again.

When looking for a loyalty app, I searched and found two apps, Bon and Smile. Since we are a new shop we decided to go Bon and have seen that we have made a GREAT choice! We installed the app and Daisy was able to answer some questions for us even though it was non business hours. Once I have set everything up Emile checked up on me and was able to help me make sure every feature was setup correctly. She found something missing and was able to help me fix them step by step. She really provided an excellent experience through the whole setup process.

I wanted to be able to offer my online customers a way to earn rewards without breaking the bank. Bon fit all my needs and was easy to customize. Daisy from support was a delight to chat with and helped me out with any questions I had. If your lucky enough to talk to support, i hope you get Daisy.

After a lot of research, I just downloaded this app today based on other reviews. Very easy set up and customizations. I had a support request and Sunny was amazing to work with!! Can't wait until they add a "Leave a Review" option for rewards. Don't hesitate to download this one!

I found this app very straightforward to use, with no coding. A lot of features and customizability for a free app, which really helps to give it a more integrated look to match your website theme and colours. Support from Joy was much appreciated - she provided quick answers and suggestions to get me set up with all the features I wanted.
