We've been using this app for perhaps over a year, after searching high and low for a decent loyalty app.
The features are easy to use and it isn't difficult to set up. You can import all of your previous reviews through CSV.
The best thing about this app is the customer service is second to none. They go above and beyond to make your requests happen and are always available to chat through the live chat option. I have spoke often to their chat and they are always so kind and helpful with my queries. Today I spoke to Genie, who is just a real gem, a total asset to the business.

It’s a really good app, and lets you reward customers with a pretty straightforward interface, easy to add logos, banners, and text etc. good work especially to Maxxie & Cara - AMAZING support!

He probado muchas aplicaciones similares, pero esta es la mejor aplicación de recompensas, muchas herramientas y super adaptable a tus necesidades.
El servicio al cliente es uno de los mejores, te responden de inmediato, hacen seguimiento a tus problemas y siempre ofrecen más de lo que se espera.

This app is truly incredible, the features they are offering is massive. You can literally customize everything, the look & appealing feels very natural and intuitive. Support team is also a 10/10!

edit: 16.02.24 The Support is a 11/10! I had a small problem with the cart and they helped me in no time. Especially Emile was so kind and found a very quick solution for my problem. Only can recommend this app!

This is definitely one of the best rewards apps! It has many great features and a fully customizable modern UI. The customer service is top-notch as well. Anna was very friendly and quick to respond.
