After looking at several rewards apps, BON looked like the one for me. Simple, yet contained all the elements of a rewards program I wanted. Genie helped me through the whole process of getting BON in my store, and she did it with patience and understandable explanations. She’s a top customer service rep for sure! Customers are signing up for my rewards program, and Genie is still available when I have questions. Thank you, BON and Genie!

I had a bit of some issues and they fixed the issues very quickly and with ease. They made the process go very smoothly. I would recommend BON to everyone!!!! I think this is the best loyalty or store credit app in shopify app store.
I used many similar apps some of those are quite expensive but it's free. Much better than paid apps. I really recommend this app. Best customer service as well.

Stellar support from multiple people, and Genie specifically today with a image sizing issue. This rewards app has all of the features we needed for a good price compared to competitors that we also considered.

The BON team is sincerely sorry for any inconvenience you may have felt while using the software. Please allow us to explain why you temporarily could not access the BON dashboard.

As we already announced via email, since Monday, we've had a significant update, BON has just been integrated into the internal Shopify admin page interface! This update may cause a few problems, such as delayed loading times or briefly unrecorded in-app actions. The BON app may become unavailable for a few hours in some stores. However, this issue was already aware of in advance and the app will soon be back to normal when the maintenance is done. Please allow us just a little more time, your case is our top priority.

Again, we truly apologize. Our team is working very hard to quickly solve the problem and we will get back to you as soon as I can when the app's performance is back to normal.

It is an awesome apps! You must download it to your webstore to increase the sales :) It works well on my website and easy to use. And the BON's team is very nice and fast response when I got a problem to launch the apps on my website. Thank you BON as a great apps :)

Rarely have I received such an excellent and quick support. Emile from Support and Kyle from Dev took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. Not hours or days, minutes!
The UI/UX is simple, well thought and good looking. I definitely encourage you to try it out, especially for this price, there is no better solution out there.
