The app has a friendly interface, setting up was easy and BON customer support (Daisy) was extremely helpful with resolving the issues i had.

So far I have only set up the app and haven't seen it in action yet, but the set up was very user-friendly and the support was very good. Anna helped me even outside of office hours to answer my questions and help me get things installed the way I wanted them. So far so good.

I have been searching for customer reward and loyalty apps in the market for some time. Most of these kinds of apps are not friendly to small businesses like me, they charge incredibly high for most useful features.
