I have found this app brilliant to work with and the customer support is outstanding. Just started using and they were super helpful! (It's a Sunday and still getting superb support... yes, sadly I work weekends - welcome to being a PhD student with a side job in web development... thank you for all your help but I hope you get some rest at some point Cara), so far BON seems to be great! I hope it lives up to what my expectations have been set at so far - will come back with an update (if I don't forget) soon!!! - Would recommend. 9/10

The setup so far is very simple and intuitive, I would have liked some additional features that I requested (for example the ability to get different points depending on the review with photos/videos, or a more complete analytics tab). Kudos to Hazel and the rest of the team for the punctuality in the responses!
