I can't say enough good things about their customer service. I had trouble setting up the app and got connected with HAZEL and she was incredible. She was extremely helpful, quick to respond and even emailed to check in to see if I needed anything. She went above and beyond and truly made the experience 10/10. Love this app for my store & can't wait for my customers to fall in love with it too!

Changing my review, I think the app is ok and customer service is good. However, there are little things that the apps lack and it has the wrong format, instead of trying to improve it, they want to charge it.
I already paid one thing for a change that was obvious they should have, when i asked to give the option to send emails to the clients on certain points earnings instead of sending an email for everything (this is so spammy), they wanted to charge me again
Probably will look for a better app in the future.

Their support team is amazing. I found this app because it has most of our needs for our next loyalty program but what made me amazed by was they're very open minded team. I asked a bunch of questions if they can customize some UIs for our website and they tried the best to achieve what I asked for. This app features + support team efforts makes this app 10/10!!

This is the first time we've implemented a loyalty scheme on our store, and I'm so glad we chose BON. In fairness, some of the other (more expensive) platforms may be longer established and, therefore, have more robust documentation to help complete newbies like me. But what BON might be lacking from a documentation point of view, they more than make up for with their excellent customer service.
Cara has been especially helpful, making the whole process way less stressful than it might otherwise have been. When Cara hasn't been around, Sophie and Hazel have also been there to help answer my questions and point me in the right direction. No question is too silly and they have been great at helping me with the design customisations.
In fact, it's a nice change to have people to chat with rather than just a mass of documentation to read and work out the answers for yourself.
I would highly recommend BON to anyone looking to build a loyalty programme into their store.

The app itself, is very comprehensive and the process to customize it is well organized. I did it in one evening.
For me, I want to prioritize the referral program and asked a customer service rep, Mia, if there was a way to move the referral section to a more prominent spot on the page.
Mia informed me, I could build the page with blocks, just like any other Shopify page! I was blown away at how easy it was, and there were screen shots I could use to follow along.
