Great onboarding experience and is a lot more encompassing for the cost than other platforms. We migrated from influence.io as the refer a friend functionality did not work and allowed people to generate codes without a succesfull referral taking place. BON solves this

I asked BON to import 15,821 customer points.

They said, “Give us a few minutes.”

Reader, they were not lying.

Points moved.
No customers were emotionally disturbed.
No notification emails detonated.
Zero chaos.

They even flagged 266 customers without emails like calm adults running a spreadsheet-based emergency room.

Then there was Hazel.

Hazel checked in.
Hazel celebrated.
Hazel politely requested a review with the enthusiasm of someone who just discovered emojis for the first time.

Was I emotionally prepared for that level of commitment? No.
Did I respect it? Deeply.

Migration: smooth.
Communication: fast.
Energy: somewhere between SaaS professional and caffeinated golden retriever.

Would I recommend BON?

Yes.

So far so good, support team is amazing, fast responses, super helpful. I've been supported by Ann, Cara & Hazel and all have been great so far. The app has some great features. Would recommend.

Great app. Easy to set up thanks to a simple interface. There are a lot of features, making possible to set up complex loyalty programs. The support is really kind and helpful which honestly is what matters the most!
