CedCommerce Bonanza Channel

The user support staff is usually not very knowledgeable. All they know is their app, not Shopify, not Bonanza. The same problems remain for years and each time they hear the first time about it. No effort to solve it once and for all.

There are now everywhere pop ups in Bonanza to promote products from other stores within your booth and products, totally unrelated to your offers. This is irritating and guiding away the customers from your booth. Just not acceptable. No other marketplace does this. My customers look at some artwork for example and get offers for Lego or perfume from other sellers. That is stupid nonsense. All Bonanza wants is to get you to subscribe to something. There is no traffic from them to promote your products.

Very expensive app as compared to there other integration apps like ebay and amazon. bonanza is already not very good in terms of sales and this app further disappoints.

The app is very helpful in uploading the products, the support response is quick and helped in solving the queries about the products.

I have detailed questions that need patience, effort, and help from the support team member assigned, to link and fetch the products from Shopify to Bonanza. Whenever I flagged an issue I'm facing to the support team they always work with me to resolve it and a lot of times work it themselves to make sure the job is done. Very satisfying positive interaction and it is very motivating to always reach them. Especial thanks to Jason Roy-BDA for all the time and efforts he put to resolve issues.

The things I like the best about this app. If ever I need some help they are always there and so pleasant, helpful and nice. If I have a suggestion they listen and have upgraded in several cases to include the suggestion. I love working with apps and people like this one. Thank you!!!

Works very nice...just what I was looking for...Once you create a profile according to your needs products integrate seamlessly with no effort. Support is EXCELLENT.
