This platform has saved me hours every month! As with any integration, there is a period of fine-tuning, but they were super eager to jump on multiple calls to make sure it was working. I spend months trying another integration, but it didn't actually save me any time. I told myself I would never take on another eCommerce client again, but Bookkeep might persuade me to take on more eComm clients.

Allegro Dance Boutique has been with Bookkeep since July of 2020. This app keeps QBO up to date on a daily basis. My financial statement are always current I always know exactly how our business is doing. On occasion where something has changed in Shopify or one of payment forms, customer support at Bookkeep quickly resolves the issues.

This has saved me so much time! This integration posts our sales, deposits, gift cards, fees, and so much more on a daily basis so that our books are up to date. Their customer service is available at convenient times and has assisted me with questions or errors. They have even alerted me when I set up the integration incorrectly and gave me steps to fix the issue. As an accountant, I will be using this will all of my Shopify clients!

I have been using Bookkeep Sync software for over 2 years. I am very impressed with the functionalities and the data it sends. I decided to write a review today because I needed clarification on some items entered and I was blown away with the customer service. I definitely recommend this software.
