My shopify store is not live yet but as I will need to take bookings I checked out a few different apps and then chose BTA. I have found it pretty easy to use because the User Guide provided - is clear and easy to understand and follow, however I have had to contact the support team on 3-4 different occasions and every time they have answered my questions in a timely response and given clear directions on how to implement what I need to solve my problem.
I value any company that gives great customer service, so I definitely recommend this app because their customer service is A+++

We love this app. We've been using it for over 2 years to book all of the cooking classes in our Kitchenware shop's cooking studio. It is easy for our staff and keeps us ready for classes and it's easy for our customers to book. We're really happy with it.

Had a bit of an issue with the app's functions, BUT the support team was efficient in addressing any problem I had! Friendly, quick, and able to not only fix my issue but also guide me in better understanding the app to avoid any future confusion.

That said, my issue was a bit more in-depth than what I normally work with in the app. From creating appointments, to searching past customers, to customizing the schedule for more specific days is so convenient to control from the same app. This calendar is by far my preferred app to any other method I've used in my seven years of admin work.

Helpful support staff, quick turnaround for tickets. The app is a bit confusing in the way it's set up but the team does a good job of helping out.

Been using for 3 years on www.itsaslingthing.co.uk and no other app comes close to doing what we need. Works well with little downtime and realistic charge. Would recommend.

We're using this app in order to have a calendar on our website so our clients can choose a date & time for the tours we sell. The functionality of the app is very good, in fact I do not recall any downtime at all in more than 2 years that we have been using the app. I'd also like to give a special shoutout to Rob who has been helping us out on various occasions when we had technical issues. Fast and friendly support, keep it up guys!

Also wanted to give a shoutout to Gavin from the Bookthatapp team who went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had in our template that was not related to Bookthatapp. Excellent work from the entire team!

We help our brides to know which wedding dates are currently available using this app. The team has been absolutely amazing and responsive!
