Hello, everyone who reads this comment I want to tell you that bta is an incredible app! 100% recommended, it will make your store easy for your customers to use and it also has many options according to your needs, it is worth integrating this app in your store, do not think about it.

Their technical support is very friendly and they really support you to make your project look incredible, sincerely it is a quality company and I would recommend adding to their store more than a thousand times.

It's working great so far - I am on a trial plan and find that the app works for the rental service offered. The customer support is also prompt and professional - I would definitely recommend.

Great app and great customer service

I really love how easy navigated the app is! If I’m need of any help the book that app support team are excellent. On a couple of occasions I have submitted a request and got a response straight away from a lovely chap called Rob, he has been very helpful in solving any issues I have and his speed of response is top notch! Great app, bad support. Didn't work with my theme and I had to get the theme developer to modify the app code to be compatible. It's a problem with the way the app selects variant drop downs - it has to be customized for each theme. It would make MUCH more sense to have this be an option in the admin panel and allow each install to input the selector for the variant dropdown.

Recommend the app, not the support.

A really powerful booking system and very helpful support team. This has given our business just what we needed!

As we are slowly reopening by appointment only, we needed a stand alone booking calendar so that customers can schedule a time to shop in our retailer store through our Shopify store. It has the functionality we need and should be easy for our customers to use. Support was very quick and thorough. Thanks Rob.

This is a GREAT app and I would have given it a 5 star review but some of their "Support" person saying that I would be banned from further support if I continued to use all caps in my message. I only used it in two words to add emphasis and not to be insulting in anyway. Alex did more damage to my perception of this company in 5 minutes to tear down all of the positive feelings I had about the company over the past month of setting this service up. Very sad to post this. Update to this review: I was further contacted by email to say that my review was misleading by using the word "threatening" and so I have removed it but now I do feel harassed because I am being individually targeted by this company. Again just hours ago I would have written an Excellent review for this App - it's exactly what I needed and I'm eager to use the subscription model but now I am afraid that I will be unfairly targeted for having expressed my opinion. I urge their support team to focus on helping customers to what is otherwise a GREAT product.
