We've been using BTA for years as a reliable resource for registrations for our weekly art classes. It's very easy to manage bookings through the website and see daily and monthly bookings at a glance. D'Angelo provided A+ customer support today helping us navigate an issue we were having and got us all set up on a new plan.

Update: D'Angelo seems to no longer be working for the company and there have been many issues that have arisen recently where unscheduled dates are showing up on the widget for customers to sign up. When I contacted support for help, my inquiry was basically brushed off and I was told to contact him again if it keeps happening. When it keeps happening and this is unacceptable since I have to call customers to apologise and reschedule. I am very disappointed and will be looking for another app to replace this one.
The features are pretty comprehensive and are exactly what we're looking for. Support by D'Angelo, who is almost always available, is top notch. He deserves a raise for sure as he definitely stands out amongst other support agents. The setup requires a bit of tweaking in order to make everything look good. Availability of API is valuable, but does require quite a huge jump in monthly subscription charge. Other than this last point, we have no complaints.

Great service! Our Dir. of Ops chose this plug-in and set everything up. A few years later, she moved on. I've picked up the work and although I'm pretty tech-savvy, I'm short on time. I recently chatted with BTA Support a few times and they helped me so quickly! It was such a relief. Highly recommend!
Great app that works well with Shopify to handle class bookings for our training centre. The automated features streamline a lot of communication which means more efficiency us and more transparency for the customer. Any tech issues have always been handled promptly and professionally by the support team. Highly recommend these guys!

We have used BookThatApp for several years for our Premium Christmas Tree Delivery Service. Initially a little difficult at first, years ago with getting help/support. But Now we get excellent support. Cudos to Rob especially he has helped us several times. Always gets us running smoothly and also courteous. Recommended
