We use this app to set up a reservation system for a clothing shop. Great service and quick response! Every time we need help with setting up the widget or configurations, they are always there to fix problems for us. Also, thank you, Albert, for the fast responses!
We needed this app for our power tool rental website and I had a hard time figuring out how choosing a date range would change the price according to the number of days. I started the online chat in the app and 3 min. later BookThatApp fixed it. This app is just what we needed and it works perfectly.
Ignore bad reviews. If you are not experienced enough to use the app, it is not the developers fault. A good app covers a lot of topics that customers often have to deal with when a small business owner doesn't take the time (or use the tool) to make purchases easier. This app IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST if you're wanting to do product rentals and other appointment/booking style functions on your Shopify site. If you go elsewhere to add rentals/bookings you'll come back to this app, trust me, that's what happened to me. My favorite features include being able to have my assistant manage orders from a separate login through a URL and being able to list products for sale as well as for rent in the SAME listing! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Support is wonderful too. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
Me being a demanding costumer, I had a great costumer experience with the support team. However, there is Alex from the support team who is on either his/her own personal vendetta, actually does not read the questions I am asking or he/she is lacking costumer obsession. He/she blocked me from the support service, since I told him/her that I will rather wait until another employee is back online again. (I may have send him 50 best tips and tricks for costumer service). I really recommend this app and love the costumer support, but cross your fingers when Alex is answering your call for support. It is unprofessional, does not stand for the high quality service of the app and shines a bad light on the service provided.
So to be honest integration is not always easy and selfunderstanding but the support is always available and is taking care until everything is well set-up to meet the needs of our store. We are happy with the integration now and the support as well. Thank you for your help!

I used this app for few months already and it has been the only one able to accommodate my needs for my unique rental model ( I rent PicSnic around the main parks in Toronto downtown ) I needed it so many different features and thankfully they were able.to provide 80% of them limiting the amount of apps I have to deal with! Also i had several.issies figuring out the set ups and the customers service have always been amazing! Thank you Rob and Alex
Customer service has been lacking. We've been using this app for nearly 8 years and were an original user. However, as we update our theme, we're finding constant issues with their help team unable to assist. Their solutions are continually to "find the errors ourselves". Seeing as it's the only app out there that does what we want, we're still using them, but the top notch customer service is lacking what it used to be.
We have been using BookThatApp at our kayak school for classes and events. It has helped our business by letting students sign up on their own, it works in our responsive web theme, and saves us a huge amount of time.

Good App for our store but loading problems are regular. the calendar keeps buffering at times and causes problems to process
