Works great.
We had some problems in the beginning, but they are very quick with responding and resolving problems. You have to consider a lot of ittt's for rental and they manage to control them all.
If you ask a question if something will be possible, they not only answer, but manage to fix things before the answer.
Of course depending on the day and hour, but often they answer within an hour!
Could not wish for more at this point.

We have a unique business as we sell Queen Bees across the US. BookThatApp allows our customers to select the exact day they want to receive their queen as well as notify our customers a few days before shipment so they can prepare their hive. Configuration is straight-forward but if support is needed, the support team is fast and friendly.

I used the app for a rental site I was working on. They had a great support team that answered all of my question in a timely matter. Highly recommend this app to anyone doing rentals on Shopify.

I started with the free trial over a year ago and then transitioned to an upgraded plan. I've had a great experience using the app. I changed my theme recently and I couldn't get the code installation instructions to match up with the code in my new theme. I reached out to the help desk and within 24 hours, they were able to integrate the code into my new theme. Rob was very helpful and took care of my problem quickly.

this app covers a lot of options. If something isn't working the way you expected, just as the support team. they're vary knowledgeable on their product and in my experience are quick to respond and help you fix up your errors!

for the standard calendar booking it is quite good. The support is good. All in all I am content with the app.

Unparallelled support! I had a major problem with the shopping cart not displaying. I contacted support and they resolved my issue within 10 minutes at no charge! what a great app!

Alex is an absolute legend. Excellent support. Even got a developer to fix issues with my website that was causing issues with bookthatapp. Even though it was outside his scope of work.
