I've been using BTA for a little over a year now and I LOVE IT! It works seamlessly and it's easy me and for my customers to use. Support is always helpful when I have issues (which is usually user caused-me) they are always able to find the challenge and it's fixed in one interaction.
I've only been using Book That App for a short while and I'm still getting familiar with it. However, the support team has been absolutely excellent! They responded quickly and were very knowledgeable in helping me resolve my issues. Really impressed by their professionalism and efficiency - top support team. Definitely appreciate their patience with a newbie like me! Thank you :-)

The customer service is very helpful and quick.
Used the paid version for our other websites and worked fine until we wanted to improve our booking system. Admin dashboard can be confusing and when you contact support they talk to you in a condescending tone, very unprofessional. For the price there are better options.

I can admit that the settings in the app can be a bit challenging for our customers, and we are working on providing our customers with a better UI and user experience.
In our last conversation with you, we understand that you were upset due to utilizing the iCal sync, which created bookings in the app and exhausted your booking limit. We do have help articles that you can find here: https://support.zetya.com/hc/en-us. Especially this article on importing bookings using the iCal: https://support.zetya.com/hc/en-us/articles/5057815765775-Importing-Bookings-using-iCal; which does what you experienced.

Just installed the app but I am liking the flexibility so far. I had a couple little glitches that honestly were probably caused by things I did. The support staff we very helpful and prompt. They have me up and running again. Recommend.
