Boost is an outstanding app that provides features every Shopify store should have natively. The cart functionality is exceptional—arguably the best cart app on Shopify. Since implementing it, our add-to-cart conversions have skyrocketed by 300%. With Boost, the possibilities are endless. The support team helped us setup localization and optimize for more subscription opt-ins . The high level support adds tremendous value, it's a must-have for any Shopify store owner.
Works out of the box. Is optimized for conversions. Easy to customize. They have some barriers they don't let you customize but is to optimize conversions. It's a great app. Professional. UI/UX optimized.
The Boost Team customer service has been prompt and delightful to work with as well when needed. Their reps are knowledgable and don't read from scripts. They genuinely help you and are well informed.
I've used so many upsell and cross sell apps over the years of running my brands (many of the popular ones). The issue with them is the UI/UX is terrible, the customization is limited, and the biggest thing is they either don't have carts or if they do, they're clunky. So sure AOV goes up but your CR likely goes down.
That's why when I found Boost, I bugged the founder to let me use it as soon as possible! Boost is the only tool you need to literally boost your AOV and CR. Especially for brands with subscription or many complementary SKUs, the Boost cart makes switching to subscription super easy and upsells super intuitive.
Another great part is the team is full of A+ players. They helped me get my brand set up quickly and even make a few custom changes for me when it came to cross sells. Also just look at their own website and branding, their attention to detail is top notch.
Last part that made switching and staying on Boost a no brainer is the pricing and quality of their application is a unmatched.
With most other upsell apps, you're paying a percentage of upsell revenue which is robbery. You may also need to download a separate cart app which has it's own pricing tiers, making for a fragmented experience. This is why I left the last app ultimately.
Boost is the perfect all in one solution to maximize your revenue and conversion rate at an unbeatable price and value. Make the switch, you won't regret it.
