I would like to see how it works before I really give it an indepth review of functionality and effectiveness .................................................... I didn't like that they only offered three Free app's that do one or two functions and about 5X's as many paid apps that offer so many more features. Kind of feel like your baited in.

The SEO for Blog does not function properly plus there is complete luck of any customer service. I've been trying to communicate with them for over two weeks now with no luck. For the app that cost $20 I think that's just unacceptable. Very unprofessional.

I used this for quite awhile as one time they seemed like they would address the problem that most of my products had missing alt-tags. Notified support multiple times. The last time I asked for support on July 21. They responded on July 29 asking for screenshots. I provided verbose info the next morning. As of this review I never heard back (9+ days). Does not matter now as I am uninstalling the app even though I have a pro account. I should have realized not to expect support as their first auto-reply to email said "Unfortunately this is an auto-reply as the app only comes with help site support :(

That does no good when the app did not work for me. Oh well, lesson learned.

My experience was very pleasant because Alex made it simple and easy, and she had great customer service, response time, and kindness.

Had to remove it seems to work at first but turns into a ghost app and the last 5 months all my alts have been ruined , so just cancelled and hopefully they will cancel the re-occurring charge. Guys you need to fix this App!

I GIVE 1 star because

I get a offer for 21$ lifetime pro month and 21 days trial accepted it i still in the free plan and of course i spoke with the service and thy said this was a small problem that will be soon resolved i said ok is december but i can wait

after 5 days i asked again and they said you have to wait more days and my trial was going this made me mad but they said they will give me the 21 days back

so after 10 days i asked if now the probllem is resolved and they said i have to wait and they are working really hard for it

after 2 weeks i was upset and said this is taking to long and everytime you say i have to wait so after 21 days and after the trial was gone and the PROBLEM still they charged me 31$ and i was DISPLAYED as FREE PLAN

i spoked really angry and they said i have to disinstall the app and they will refund me and i did now they are saying i have to wait

but i am not stupid i go to my lawyer and contact shopify and the bank to not give them the money

So far I am not impressed with this app. Ive tried several times and I cant even seem to get past this page.

If you want to fail with your business, make sure you have this application. I installed paid version, and this application did nothing for 2 months accept for alt tags which are a free option any way. Their autopilot version is not for Goolge shopping. You will need to go again all over your items and fix them mannually after such "wonderful" service. Moreover, I removed this application month ago, and they continue to charge me with this billing period. Horrible service. I want my money back.

As a 14-year SEO, I've used many utilities for my own personal sites as well as for my clients. I had done in-depth research prior to suggesting this application to my client, this seemed to have been the best. However, I've experienced a series of failures on behalf of the team of Booster. Image compression only gets done one day out of the week, and as of now, my client has yet to get image compression done, even after many, many emails back and forth with the company. Many promises were made, but none were kept. My client depends on my work and my suggestions, and when a company I put faith in drops the ball, my agency's reputation is on the line. I've done my best to work with them on a number of related issues, but none have worked out. All these glam reviews you see are mostly from someone's "chat experience", and not the experience from the utility itself. I have had to work many hours each week to compensate for the lackluster utility, will be removing it the moment I get my client's site perfect again, within days. Lastly, do not use the URL optimization tool. This will create all new URLs and redirects. I never touched it, nor will I ever.
