Very nice chat with Arianne. She helped mit within seconds. She even used GIFs ^^Maybe it was a bot, but even if... they really put effort into it, and they fixed my problem, so thumbs up

Jon did not only helped me professional but was also so kind to give me a tip because he noticed i was still using the default Favicon and it would be cool to add my own custom Favicon
