Alex was helpful in my initial set up. I have a lot of work to do now but at least this pinpoints where the issues are.

I was supported by Jon to set up BOOSTER SEI & IMAGE OPTIMIZER.

Customer service was lighting speed and very friendly and helpful. I am not great at terminology around the tech side of things but they seem to do this all for you. Despite it being a selling tool, I did find the savings calculated for using them rather than using an SEO consultant very helpful. I have been told a number of times that SEO can be very expensive and unnecessary as it is actually quite straight forward. I will only know how effective it is in a few weeks when Google kicks in.

Trish was superb! While testing the app she help me to validate my store and gave me a lot of good pieces of advice to improve my SEO and in store in general. She was genuinely interested in my business and how she can add value to our vendor-client relationship. This way I feel so committed to keep using this app and apply all her recommendations.

Jon was quick to respond and happy to help. I used the free feature to add the alt text to all the images in my store, which worked well. Jon also pointed out that I wasn't using a favicon and gave me a guide on how to fix this. Thanks
