I am first time user to the app and have not had enough time to provide an experienced review. However Trish from customer support was extremely helpful, a great introduction to using the app if this is the benchmark.
didn't work, there's no tags in my images...
I just start using this app. very quick and fast. it explain every details, how much money you save, time to update...it s easy to use

I just downloaded the app, so I can't say how much I like it just yet (hence the 3 stars). However, the rep I spoke with, Vicky, helped me with my initial questions. She took her time to find the answer to my question, so she could provide accurate information.
Very good. Easy to use, and best is free.
