As a paid user I thought there would be better support for questions, I have asked a few questions and keep getting this reply -

I have to say that this app is super easy to install. Most apps I've used from Shopify takes me some time to figure it out, but this one is a no brainer. I gave it 3 stars because it's too soon to know how well it actually works. I will give it a month to see the results. Then, I'll come back and give it another review.

This is my first time trying this app. I anxious to see the results of what I signed up for. The jury is still out.

The free app has limited functions, so I had to upgrade, my problem was site speed which did not help and I got help from elsewhere, it does not work on your blogs if you have some. it is just good for product related pages( Alt Text), so basically I paid only for broken links that other apps offer for free. I tried to email them and chat with them, not possible to contact them quickly and easy. Serach enough before adding them

The app seems to be very powerful... if you pay!

I don't understand why put it for free, if 99% of the features are paid.

It was easy to download, haven't used it yet.

OK but nothing happened yet. I'm queued... I could review if I had a result. I haven't yet. What can I say ? Thanks for the rest... What do you want me to do ??? Please don't bother me... you waste my time. This post is not accepted by your system!

Update 3 weeks of use - 3 stars: Great idea doesn't automatically add to new products - had to manually go into the app and update all listing each time I added a new product.
App states
"Your store is automatically synced every at 1pm UTC"
.........automatically synced every ???when???? ... well apparently never unless i did it

Straight after installation: 5 stars - Brilliant! It took 10 mins from the moment i clicked 'Get' for the fabulous app to add tags to all 300 of my items!

So far so good. Very easy to use! Collection title option would be great though.

I love it was quick and easy..no bs......yay
