Since I have a lot of products, I needed this to work, but it never did. Did not add any alt tags to photos. What a waste of time.
Used it for a while, did not do anything for my seo and did not work properly, it's very expensive app, not worth a penny in my opinion.
Thank you for your feedback Kwiketo team. I understand that you have concerns about the effects of our app on your site, as well as the price. I would love to have you re-install so that we can look into this and address those issues. SEO is definitely a long game, and although it's hard for stores to see instant results, it's something that takes time to work at over time.
I've reached out over email to see if we can help recommend some best practices and some help.

UPDATE - I finally received support after this 1 star review with all the promises to fix the problem, & even offered a complimentary month for me to revisit my review. Once again after countless emails I have been left with no support & the problem not solved. REALLY BAD support Stuart. Time to delete this app & move on. Happy to save $20 a month
Happy about the SEO component of this app. Not happy about the blog part as it only shows a couple of old blogs I don't care about. I want to improve SEO on older evergreen posts. I have contacted them 6 times asking for help regarding this & I haven't had one response & I am still waiting. Very disheartening.If some could contact please.
This app will offer you amazing customer service and try trick you into a review before you have even used the app. All these reviews are bull sh** Do not download this app major issues and customer service just disappears. They have instant reply for the onboarding staff then you cant get in touch avoid!

Firstly, I'm so sorry about your experience with the app and our support team. This is definitely not the experience we strive to give. We have 24/7 live chat and email support, but our technical engineers typically handle more nuanced issues over email, which could have lead to the delayed response times.
Regarding your initial issue – looking through your emails it looks like Google has now updated its Search Results as I do not see your address listed in results or anywhere in your site’s code that it could get pulled from. If this was caused by our app I am very sorry; it looks like our app had included the address added in Shopify to your structured data before you disabled the feature. We do have an option to hide contact info in our structured data and I’m sorry this wasn’t communicated to you.
Again, I am sincerely so sorry for the inconvenience that this problem caused.

Update after using it.
The app is worth 5 stars. but when you have a problem there is no help. finally, change to a one start because of no customer assistance is available even after paid version.
Looking for another SEO tool.
I replaced an old SEO app with this one and this app actually ended up getting me removed from several first pages of google where I was getting all my organic search from. Seems to be doing my ecommerce store worse than doing any good. Now I have to re-do the countless hours of work I put into my website SEO, very disappointed in this app.
The app cannot be accessed after few minutes ! I've requested support and they 1st answered and ask me to wait 24h but nothing changed and since then no replies from the developer and the app still not reachable !

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible app, horrible customer service, I messaged the 3 weeks ago with a problem & was told they would look into it and get back to me....never did. I sent 5 more emails with no response. Seo was not working properly so I removed app and all their code. Now Seo works great. I had upgraded to 19.99 per month version, even after I uninstalled app I received charge. I am told I have to contact developer for refund. Told Shopify they don’t respond. Try Seo ranger they are better & great customer service & response time.

App doesn't work. I emailed for support and they said because it is free that they don't offer support and to read the FAQ's. FAQ's didn't have anything in it.
We first ran in to issues when compressing out store images (it got stuck at about half way) - this was resolved by the dev team within a few days.
Unfortunately we then ran in to a similar issue when renaming the alt tags of our images, it wasn't clear which images had been renamed and which hadn't andthe ap seemed to get stuck in a constant loop. We reached out to support who were particuarly unhelpful this time, however they did say we could have a refund.
We've since emailed the support team requesting a refund, we haven't had a reply, wouldn't recommend.

I am so sorry that you encountered issues with our app. We did manage to fix the image compression issue but we didn't manage to get a chance to look into your image alt text issue, if you could reinstall the app we can definitely look into it. We will contact you on the existing support ticket that you have with us.
Regarding the refund, I am afraid we can only issue refunds if it was already paid, however, since the charge is still unpaid, only Shopify can reverse this charge. We have gone ahead and sent a request to Shopify to reverse the charge, we will provide you an update as soon as we receive one from them.
We want to turn around your experience with our app which is why we will look forward to your response to the email we will send you.
