Definitely a huge thumbs up. It solved the problem for us and the money it saved us was much more than what we were losing without the app (i.e. without the ability to link each of our box dimensions to its respective product). 5-stars for ease of use, simple setup, no maintenance, and no hassle.
I recently decided to use the design of boxify for my shipping needs and found their service to be great. Not only to they respond quickly but make sure you understand the answers they provide and not just provide an answer and stop assisting. We would like to thank Dave for all his dedication to ensure we are up and running correctly in order to provide our customers with the best shipping rates out there.

Top notch support. I was having issues with Boxify not selecting the correct box, then support quickly pointed out that the issue was my mistake. Support quickly looked at my settings, product dimensions, and shipping carriers and to me how to correct them. No issues since and the shipping is being calculated perfectly.
I use this app to store box dimensions and to aid in label creation automation. No other app support is as good as that provided by the Boxify support team, period.
This app is great. We have 7 box sizes, with customer who need international and expedited shipping. This app has been perfect for getting our customers accurate shipping quotes, eliminating hassle and shipping cost complaints. We had some configuration questions and Dave from support provided very thorough answers very quickly (within 2 hours).
We straight up would not be in business if it werent for this app, it was a game changer. We sell salvaged auto parts, so our product dimensions vary greatly from dash knobs to bumpers. Every single product has unique shipping sizes, and further some things can be shipped together, while other products need to ship on their own (such as window glass). Boxify made these shipping rules a breeze, the app seems idiot proof. We went from only being able to use shopify for our promotional shirts and stickers...to doing 100 orders in our first 2 months of using boxify. We had one "error" in the very beginning (it turned out we had checked the wrong box on our shipping rules), and when i contacted boxify, Dave answered the phone and walked me right thru the steps to correct the error. This made for almost zero downtime, and we havnt had a problem since! Boxify rules, Dave rules, and you're blowing it if you dont already have this app integrated.
Listen up, Shopify management team! You NEED to buy this software from Dave Boomerang and implement it into your "Shipping" software if you want to maintain your status as King of the ecommerce platforms. Your current rudimentary system of choosing a "default" box for stores like ours that sell 75 different items is ridiculous. Even Ecwid had a better system than that and that's where we moved from.
Boxify is amazing in the way it calculates and even shows how to load boxes. Is it perfect? No. I mean how does one input the dimensions of a traffic cone? There's still space around the cone where small items can be tucked so even that can't be calculated by Boxify. But that's rare anyway. Our shipping rates have become a LOT more agreeable to customers and realistic to us. We used to lose customers due to the incorrect shipping costs since we had to base everything off of weight which just doesn't work.
The few times that we've needed to contact Dave for help have been pleasant and our questions/concerns were answered VERY quickly; in fact, I wish customer service of larger, bigger pocketed companies could be this fast and competent.
Shopify, pay the man! For what it would do for your company (and for your "cherished" customers), an 8-figure amount would be a no-brainer and a steal.
We offer products that range in size from 1 inch in length up to 90 inches so providing customers with shipping estimates based on one size box does not work! Boxify is a great app and is very intuitive and helps provide accurate shipping quotes for our customers. Dave is super knowledgeable and helpful and responds to questions right away. Highly recommend this app!!
Boxify is awesome, and perhaps even better, is the masterful knowledge and ability to quickly and successfully troubleshoot problems when you reach their technical support. In a world of plugins, apps, APIs, and multiple parties (e.g. Shopfiy, ShipRush, Boxify) all interwoven in the function of shipping and our eCommerce user experience - it is INVALUABLE to be able to get help and keep the customer experience optimized, display accurate rates, and understand how it all fits together.
I use Boxify with my company as a plugin (app) to Shopify.
I had a question as to why one of the services (Fedex Ground) in this case was not appearing to customers on our website, and while this question had stumped Shopfiy on several calls, Dave from Boxify instantly knew the issue. It took him about 10 seconds to ask the right question, and enable me to fix the problem (by un-hiding the "Company" form field in the Shopify checkout). Further, I now understand the issue, which is that Fedex only offers Ground service for companies. So, I then enabled the Fedex Ground Home Delivery option, which then solved my problem as well for residential addresses. 5 Gold Stars for Dave and Boxify!
Whether this matters to you or not, or whether this was my own user error or not, it had stumped many others, but not Boxify. My takeaway is that Boxify is a great service not only for the functionality they provide, but even more so from their expertise and ability thru customer support to help you use their service properly and get the most out of it.
